Systemic Representation as Critical Tool

„Systemic constellation“ or simple „constellation“ labels a process related tool, which is used both in a therapeutic field and as a decision model for several areas of application such as script writing or management agendas. Non-involved proxies or agents re-enact in a special environment (unconscious and unknown) relations of influence, power, dependency, domination and so on in certain time and space frames. These techniques have not been applied to visual arts up to the present. „The Hoorn Constellations“ pays no interest on such benchmarks, ideological or therapeutic, to optimize whatsoever. In fact it is an operational system. Communications as operations generate social systems. Elements (institutions, complex positions like “artist“, “collector“, “artwork“ etc.) communicate here and generate / mirror in doing so the homeostasis of the art world which transforms itself in a sort of homeodynamics of the conditions of production, representation and economics of art (the state of art).

Unort und Abort

Im zunehmend Virtuellen scheint der Wille zur Macht (virtus) abhanden gekommen zu sein. Aus der Not wird eine Tugend (virtus). Ist das ein / der zureichende Grund für Verschwörungstheorien (conspiracy theories)? Dabei bleibt das Wort “zureichend” selbst ZWEIDEUTIG, weil nicht sofort ersichtlich wird, WIE WEIT es zureicht. Die Trübsal der Verschwörungstheorien scheint ihr Schicksal zu sein.

“Versichern heißt Verstehen” sagt die Werbung. Seien Sie sich nicht sicher, versuchen Sie nichts zu verstehen.

Nur den Niedertritt konnte man hören, nicht das Aufheben des Fußes. Beim Hören ist eine Lücke nötig, eine ganz kleine Pause. Hier erstirbt der Ton. Beim Sehen des Perpendikels gibt es einen Ruhepunkt für den Perpendikel, wo seine Bewegung umdreht. (Friedrich Nietzsche)

Räume und Architekturen formen. Schrittweise werden Körper mit Informationen versorgt, die sich aus Physik und Geschichte der jeweiligen durchquerten Orte speisen. Die „Geherin“ macht Kraftfelder, die auf jeden einzelnen einwirken, synästhetisch sichtbar. Vergangene Ereignisse werden wachgerufen, Orte, Szenen und Schicksale erinnert, Visionen für Zukünftiges entworfen. Sie ist Motor einer Plastik, die das Soziale physiologisch begreift und Geschichte fortschreibt. Psychogeografie.
